CUSTOMER CARE

If you have any questions about your order, please send a message through the website form or by email. Be sure to include your order number and item number with your correspondence.

If any artwork arrives broken, please get in touch with me as soon as possible. I will need images of the damaged box, images of the inside of the box, and images of the damaged art. This will help me file a claim with the shipper. I will also work with you to replace the item(s) if possible or issue a refund if the damage was caused during shipping or by my negligence while packing the art. Any artwork broken after it is unpacked will not be replaced or refunded. 

If an artwork arrives and it is not as you expected it to be, please contact me through the website form or by email. Dimensions are listed with each artwork to better help you choose pieces that fit the space or function you are looking for. If you are unsure about any details, please make contact ahead of your purchase and I am happy to send additional information.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

I only use the information I need to use to process your order and make contact with you should an issue arise. I use a third party to process electronic payments, and I do not have access to your financial accounts. 

If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact me as soon as possible. I will check payment histories to verify transactions with you and will work with you to remedy any mischarge.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

In 2023 I am not taking wholesale orders. Please contact me directly with any ideas about a wholesale agreement.
