I typically ship your work out within a week of your order. I almost always use USPS for domestic pottery orders, and they include a tracking number and shipping insurance.
If you are purchasing a sculpture that you would like shipped to your home or business, it works best to contact me to arrange for a shipping method that works best for your area. This ensures you safe transport of your work, and ideally the best price and insurance options through the shipper.
Any artwork that you wish to ship overseas (outside the U.S. as well as to Alaska and Hawaii) will need to be arranged directly with me prior to purchasing the art. I am happy to work with you to find a shipping option with insurance available and to be clear about the shipping and handling pricing prior to your purchase.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To avoid misunderstandings, please read the details included with each artwork from the product pages. I include an image of each unique work, the materials, and the dimensions in inches. If you need more information, please contact me with any questions. And, if you are interested in sculptural work, please ask if you would like to see additional views or details of individual pieces.
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact me as soon as possible. If you receive the wrong item, I will exchange it for the correct item and handle shipping labels. If you do not like the art from your order, I will work with you to exchange the piece for another artwork, and you will cover shipping of the returned item and the replacement item.
